I watched this movie thanks to my local library. It was free. I paid too much.
This movie 11-11-11 was released in most countries on that date. Where were you on that day ? It was a Friday. I can give you a city and the weather thanks to the internet. …it was cloudy, windy with a high of 49 degrees in NYC.
A man who is an author is dealing with the tragic death of his wife and son. He keeps seeing the number 11 everywhere he looks. Is it a coincidence or something nefarious ? Meanwhile, his father, a priest, is on his death bed and he goes to visit him. More 11’s. I want to stop here and mention that while watching I thought I missed something and rewound the movie. I did not miss anything - the story was just bad. 11. 6-7. 6-7. Hopefully someone is working on a 6-7 movie.
About 3/4 of the way through the movie we get a scene in a garden where an old man is chased through a hedge maze by our main character. That is what got his movie on my radar unfortunately. Yeah. Avoid this.
I give it a 4.4/10.
