Malice in Wonderland (2009) IMDB

This is the story of Alice in Wonderland..but set in London in the early 2000’s. It has all of the characters you know from the story but updated into new modern jobs. In this case, after getting hit by a black cab, Alice has amnesia and finds herself surrounded by a cast of characters as she tries to get her memory back and find a way home. The scenes are similar to the ones you remember, including a scene where Alice chases a man through a hedge maze after speaking with the Mad Hatter (or Hattie in this movie).

This is a fun take on the well known story. Very British. It is not a movie I would seek out, but I wouldn’t turn it off if it was on the tv.

I give it a 5.7/10.
