the gherkin maze
Located in London, England, I love the look of this building. It is a building so cool it has it’s own website ! That is where I found out that some of the panels are actually windows that open. I visited London and remember seeing the building but did not find any good photos in my archive. Guess I need to go back.
Photo: this maze was based on this photo taken by Uwe Aranas. “The 30 St Mary Axe office building-skyscraper, popularly known as the Gherkin. Seen from 99 Bishopsgate”. "© CEphoto, Uwe Aranas"

The Mazes: I created a complete black and white maze, and then deleted the maze and used that to create a different full color maze. That is a long way to say - if you try to solve these mazes they have different solutions ! I almost created a shaded full color maze…maybe in the future. Here is the black and white, which I like. I also have a skinny version of the black and white (not shown) but you’ll get the idea once you see the color version below.
And here is the “skinny” full color version: Which do you prefer ? If you are a maze lover the solutions are different !
And despite this being 2 different mazes, I combined them into 1 creation video and 1 solution video. I hope you enjoy !
