Visiting another Labyrinth in Cleveland, Ohio

I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I I finally had a chance to visit a labyrinth that has been on my to do list for awhile, the Schneider Healing Garden Labyrinth located at University Hospital. I had previously visited the labyrinth at the St. Wendelin Parish in Tremont, and I really enjoyed it.

Schneider Healing Garden Labyrinth

Location:

11206 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, OH 44106

How to get there: The labyrinth is located on Euclid Avenue so the Healthline bus is the most popular choice for public transportation. Directions from the city will have you get off at the Adelbert Road stop (Stop ID: 12565) and walk 3 blocks to the hospital. The 9 bus also uses that stop.

The Garden is walled off on the corner of Euclid and University Hospital Drive to give it some privacy and reduce street noise. Here is what you see as you approach, an obvious garden behind a wall:

Make down University Hospital Drive and take a left into the drop off area of the Seidman Cancer Center Building. The entrance looks like this on the back left:

We get some interesting quotes on the pathway and some nice sculptures surrounding the labyrinth. I left took pictures of a few and left others for you to discover on your own. There are benches on the outside of the labyrinth. The garden flora is nice and the setting is peaceful. There are chairs and tables set-up in the corner that I am sure are full during lunch hours.

This is one of my favorite parts of town in Cleveland. Plenty of great things to do, and you can see 2 places I made mazes of Severance Hall, and the Peter B Lewis Building. And of course, visit the Cleveland Museum of Art.

If you are ever in Asia here are some other mazes and labyrinths I visited:
