The Louvre maze

4TH PLACE - 2022 MAZE OF THE YEAR FOR THIS SITE

I really enjoyed making this maze of a world famous building. I used a common view that photographers love and made it into a maze. I have had the opportunity to spend a day at the museum (and it still was not enough time!). The Wikipedia page or the Louvre museums website are a good way to learn about the museum. I am sure you know what the museum looks like so let’s get right to the maze ! I went with black and white.

I also tried something new with this maze and that is a mixed media version, combining a photo and the maze. I present this with a wide view to maximize the impact of the photo. Unfortunately, the photo I choose is a common one online and I cannot find the photographer to attribute it to, so no download is available. I have a few photos of my own of the museum but prefer this angle for the maze.
